    • The Plan is a safe harbor 401(k) plan. The employee can contribute the lesser of 100 percent of their wages or $18.5k for 2018. LT Consulting will provide a 3% safe harbor non-elective contribution and a 3% profit sharing contribution regardless of employee participation in the plan. All employee and company contributions are 100% vested as well as any employee rollovers.

Employee Referral
